How to get to the Mentions page?
You can find the mentions page on the leftmost bar under your Tracker Name. Mentions page is present below the Summary page.
What will I find on the Mentions page?
Here you will find all the mentions of the brand. Explore data using multiple filters provided in this panel. You can filter according to source, sentiment, location, language and much more.

Which filters are available?
Explore data using multiple filters provided in this panel. You can filter according to source(Channels like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, News, Blog, Reviews etc), sentiment, location, language and much more.
You can also search for a particular text or hashtag in the search box provided on the top-right hand side.

How can I check which filters are currently selected?
All the filters selected by you are listed on the top of all conversations as shown in image. Once you are happy with the selected filters, it’s time to save them!
SAVE THE SEARCH
What should I name the Saved Search?
Give a name to this search that you can refer to later on and is self-explanatory.
1. If you have select filters Twitter and Negative, you can this search as Negative Mentions on Twitter.
2. If you have a custom hashtag and want to know how many conversations are happening on Instagram on that hashtag – search #YourHashtag in the search bar given top right hand corner. Select Instagram filter from left hand side. Saved this search as #YourHashtag conversation on Instagram.

Where can I find all my Saved Searches?
You will find the list of all Saved Searches here. You can quickly refer to these to see the mention for each combination.
GO TO PROJECT SETTING TO SETUP NOTIFICATIONS
How to get to the Project Settings page?
You can find the Project Settings page on the leftmost bar menu. Project Settings is in the last option in the menu.
After clicking on the Project Settings, go to Notifications tab as shown.
SET NOTIFICATION FOR THE SAVED SEARCHES
How to setup notifications?
Add the email id of the team members you need to notify about certain conversations.
1. Add customer service team email id on any negative conversations about the services received by the customer.
2. Add the leadership team email id about any critical and influential conversations happening around the brand.
Click on update to save your changes and get ready to find all your filtered mentions right in your inbox!!
